When you walk into a party, you want to catch people's attention, right? You definitely will with this VERY sparkly statement clutch! It's a double win: it looks great and it's so easy...oh wait, and it cost us a grand total of $2! YES, that's right, $2! You won't believe what it is: dollar store tinsel wrapped and super glued to a (not to cute) dollar store wallet! It's fab statement piece that you want whip out when you go out somewhere fancy and NO ONE will know how much it was! It'd go great with a little black dress and a cute cocktail ring!
