Darling DIY: Rhinestone Wrap Bracelets

These rhinestone wrap bracelets are you easy, you won't believe it!

You need three strands: rhinestone trim (you can find it at your local fabric store, or like us, from eBay!), thin ribbon, and embroidery thread. We glued one end to a jump ring and then simply braided the three strands; glue the other end to another jump ring, add a lobster clasp and you're done!

We picked a few different color schemes, but our favorite was the pink ombre with two different shades of pink!  These bracelets are a great addition to your arm candy collection, and look great alone or stacked with other bracelets. And of course, it's just the right amount of bling!

Our Week!

Our first "Our Week" feature is to show you that even the little things can make life so much more fun and special! We hope that this inspires our readers to take a few hours each week to relax and enjoy the wonderful things in your life and make beautiful memories!
~Mid-shopping coffee break with our Mom!~

~There was a wonderful summer storm a few days ago, so we grabbed our water shoes and frolicked in the rain. It was so much fun!~

~Paper boat races in the massive puddles~

~We finally watched Season 4 of Arrested Development, complete with homemade "Bluth's Frozen Bananas"~

~YUM! And so easy: we just dipped the bananas in melted dark chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles! Then froze them for around 15 minutes.~

~Weekend picnic fun with the family! Our dad loves to make fashion statements. Mom was the winner of this game!~

~Lovely stroll. The four of us laughed SO much!~

~Healthy berry smoothie for breakfast. Recipe coming soon!~

Hope everyone had a fabulous week!

Darling DIY: Neon Ankle Strap Flats

Our first  DIY back from our hiatus is so easy and fun! We took a simple pair of white flats and added a fun summery ankle strap! All we did was attached a elastic strap with Velcro dots. We measured the strap length by wrapping it around our ankle 2.5 times, and then glued on the velco dots to each end of the straps and also to the shoe Attach the scratchy side of the Velcro on the strap, and the soft side to the inside of the shoes (this makes the strap detachable and it won't hurt your feet when you take the strap off).

You can choose any color you want! This makes such a cute statement shoe for this season. They are edgy AND classic- the perfect accessory.

Again, all you need is:
- Flats
- Colored elastic (found at any fabric or craft store!)
-  4 sets of Velcro dots
- E6000 glue
